Data Science & AI Platform Associate Salary Circa £35,000 Are you someone who has a passion for solving complex problems using data driven insights and cutting-edge technology? We are seeking an ambitious and highly motivated Platform Specialist to join our growing and dynamic Data Science & AI platform team. The role will focus on unlocking maximum value from our data science & AI toolset, ensuring we can deliver a proactive service offering across the business. You will identify opportunities to advance our Data Science and AI capabilities and help to develop our maturity across MLOps and AIOps practices. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of these practices, as well as some experience with Data Science & AI Tooling (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Dataiku, POSIT, Amazon Bedrock). A bit about the job: As a Platform Specialist, you will collaborate and work with change delivery teams to define & deliver best practice and feature adoption across our toolset. With a clear understanding of how to achieve the business requirement, you will support in delivering the most optimal and effective solution, leveraging modern day capabilities. You will also play an important role in wider collaboration across Tech Platforms, business communities and with our tooling partners. You will support the delivery of good customer outcomes through all activities and deliverables, enabling us to act in good faith towards customers, avoid causing foreseeable harm and enable and support our customers to pursue their financial objectives. Provide proactive business support and enablement, identifying opportunities to improve overall maturity and adoption of our capabilities. Define best practices and standards across our toolset, in turn supporting the overall service stability and performance. Support in the development of MLOps and AIOps practices across the platform. Close collaboration with our business stakeholders, building strong relationships and growing our partnerships with internal faculties. Working as part of our change delivery teams to ensure best practice and associated feature adoption. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience working with Data Science & AI Tooling. Experience with tools such as Dataiku, AWS SageMaker, Amazon Bedrock, DataRobot is preferred but not essential. Strong communication, stakeholder management & teamwork skills. A strong understanding of MLOps & AIOps practices. Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
