We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Cyber Underwriter to join our Regional Cyber underwriting team. This role requires good communication and people skills, as you will negotiate with key broker partners, meet with large clients face-to-face in pre-renewal meetings, and develop our offerings across the UK Regional network.

About the job: You will join the Regional Financial Lines & Cyber team, working under a Global Corporate and Specialty (GCS) underwriting license. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with a wide range of brokers to deliver market-leading service. Responsibilities include underwriting renewal and new business in line with GCS & Mid-Market strategies, and collaborating internally and externally to achieve business objectives.

Skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of the Cyber Insurance market, products, and features.
  • Underwriting experience within Tech, Commercial Crime, or Professional Indemnity is advantageous.
  • CompTIA Network+ qualification or equivalent; Dip CII is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Interest in business and macroeconomic environment; ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, brokers, agents, and clients to drive growth.
