- Working knowledge of security, resilience, privacy, and data protection principles, supported by industry frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST Cyber Security Framework, or Cyber Essentials Plus.
- Proven ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience supporting secure technology change, transformation programmes, and multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Relevant professional certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, TOGAF, SABSA, or cloud security certifications.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Competitive salary (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity – 10% annual salary, (actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s).

- Up to £1,200 of free Aviva shares per year through our Matching Share Plan and share in the success of Aviva with our Save As You Earn scheme.
- Supportive policies including parental and carer’s leave.
- Flexible benefits to suit you, including sustainability options such as cycle to work.
