Customer Service Representative – salary £25,100 – £28,500 depending on hours, skills and experience. Start date - Monday 12th January 2026.

This is a hybrid working position, with 50% of your working week being spent in our Perth office and 50% from home.
A bit about the job:
- Our Claims Handlers handle insurance claims with maximum efficiency and minimum fuss, in a modern and welcoming office environment.
- Primarily a phone-based role, you will manage home claims efficiently and empathetically from start to resolution.
- You will handle incoming calls, guide customers through the claims process, gather necessary information, in order to assess claims in line with policies and procedures, ensuring we reach the best outcomes for our customers.

Working Hours:
- Shift patterns covering the hours of 8am-9pm Monday to Friday and 8am-8pm Saturday and Sunday.
- Our current rotation is one late shift every 4 weeks and 1 weekend day every 4 weeks.
- Average of 35 hours p/week over 5 days.
- You will be required to be flexible with these hours as shifts for this role are on a rota basis.
- We are also open on Bank Holidays.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Positive attitude and strong desire to meet customers’ needs.
- Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal.
- The ability to listen and reason empathetically.
- Flexible attitude towards change and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good level of IT skills to navigate systems.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary of £25,100 - £28,500 (This role falls under Aviva’s “Pay progression scheme”, so the further you develop in this role the higher the salary will be).
- Bonus opportunity - 6% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
- Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
