Customer Service Expert

Starting salary between £26,900 – £29,650 (depending on hours, location, skills and experience). Our standard full‑time contracts are for 35 hours per week with options for part‑time working. Shift pattern: 08:00-17:30 Monday‑Friday.

If you love helping people, this role in our Customer Services team is the perfect opportunity to shine. You’ll be trained, supported, and encouraged to become one of our experts who not only help make our customers’ lives easier but also guide them through the complexities of financial planning. 15 million customers across the UK trust us.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be part of a collaborative and supportive environment where you’ll build rapport with our customers, helping out across Pension, ISA and Investment portfolio products. Joining our Wealth Business, you’ll be the face of Aviva, a trusted advisor handling calls, admin and digital support.

Skills and Experience We\’re Looking For

  • An empathetic communicator who can build customer relationships
  • Some customer service experience, in a corporate, office, retail, or hospitality setting
  • A quick learner with the ability to understand and apply specialist financial knowledge
  • Experience using Microsoft applications

What You’ll Get

  • Starting salary between £26,900 – £29,650 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
