Counter Fraud Triage Handler – Property claims – Salary circa £30,000

We are looking for a colleague to join our property claims triage team. This is the perfect role for you if you have experience in property insurance claims and would like to build a career in counter fraud!

A bit about the job:

This role helps Aviva detect and prevent property fraud by reviewing claims and identifying those that need further investigation. You’ll be part of a specialist team that works closely with frontline claims handlers and analytics tools to assess risk, provide feedback, and support learning. You’ll be accountable for making referral decisions, sharing insights, and delivering targeted training to improve fraud awareness and capability across the business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in property or commercial insurance claims.
  • Desirable but not essential to understand fraud investigation and possible outcomes of investigations.
  • The ability to effectively manage personal workload.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and verbal.
