Corporate Events Administrator (Fixed term – 2 years)

Potential Start Date – Early November

This is a great job for someone who is highly organised and has previous experience in administration, customer service, or logistics support. If you enjoy working behind the scenes to make events run smoothly and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is an office-based role located in our Perth office, with working hours between 8:00am and 6:00pm. (Monday to Friday)

A bit about the job:

You’ll be supporting our Corporate Events team in Perth with the day-to-day administration and logistics of a training programme. This includes managing registrations, responding to enquiries, coordinating transport, and ordering supplies such as merchandise and materials. You’ll use IT platforms to streamline processes and ensure best practices are followed around cost savings, sustainability, and propriety. Your work will help ensure the smooth delivery of high-impact events that support our business goals.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience of working with Microsoft packages – PowerPoint / Excel / Word etc alongside proven administration experience
  • Stakeholder management experience and comfortable dealing with senior members of staff and key external suppliers
  • Process driven and experience in delivering results in a fast-paced environment
  • Skilled administrator, supporting multiple projects or events and deadlines at any given time
  • Objective driven, understanding the desired outcome of an event and what is needed to deliver it
