Client Solutions Director, UK Institutional – London This is a great job for an exceptional sales individual to join the UK Institutional team, to work collaboratively and effectively, so that the UK Institutional business can achieve growth in line with the business strategy. A bit about the job: Responsible for proactively developing new business opportunities primarily across the UK pensions segment (i.e. DC, LGPS, open corporate DB). You will be excited about driving new business from end to end, including co-creation of bespoke solutions, in close collaboration with colleagues. Reporting directly to the Head of Institutional UK, you’ll be an integral part of the wider Distribution team that spans UK & Ireland, Europe, North America and Asia Pacific. Within the role you will be working collaboratively with colleagues across the Distribution and investment teams, so that the business can grow in line with agreed objectives. You will also be the voice of our clients and provide market feedback to colleagues that will contribute to the continual enhancement of our products and our business. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Ability to take executive responsibility for maintaining a high-performance culture, and ensuring operations and investment activities are conducted and controlled in an appropriate manner. Deep understanding of key investor issues including detailed understanding of the investment and regulatory challenges facing UK institutional investors Ideally Private & Public markets distribution experience. Established history of achieving sales targets, entrepreneurial attitude, and motivation to deliver tangible business outcomes. Ability to actively listen and craft customised solutions by collaborating with different collaborators, customers, partners, and team members. Ability to manage complex transactions involving various internal and external individuals. We’ll provide training on what holding a SMCR role means when you join us and annually thereafter.
