Aviva are seeking a Client Relationship Manager to join the business on a permanent basis. Our team are largely based in London, though we are spread throughout the UK. For this role, we are looking for CRMs who can help us to service our clients in the London area.
This is a fantastic opportunity for ambitious individuals with an interest in developing, implementing, and managing creative business solutions for our clients. You will be joining an established, successful, and supportive Global Corporate and Specialty CRM team, as we continue to expand & develop our CRM proposition.

A bit about the job:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will take accountability for client and broker-facing relationships and negotiations in support of your GCS clients (large corporates). You will work with underwriting, claims, and risk engineering colleagues to scope and design bespoke insurance solutions tailored to the needs of each of your individual clients, taking responsibility for the delivery of our service from initial design through to external negotiation, client presentations, corporate hospitality, and long-term relationship management.
As well as wider involvement in the design and implementation of cross sell initiatives, and innovation of our client propositions. You will need a strong understanding of commercial insurance, ability to network and confident negotiating skills.
You will be expected to travel to broker and client meetings locally or further afield (UK only travel).

- Previous experience within the General Insurance industry.
