A bit about the job: We’re looking for a Claims Service Manager to help shape how we support our strategic clients. This role is all about proactive account management, continuous improvement, and delivering high-quality service. You’ll work closely with key partners, brokers, internal teams, and senior stakeholders to ensure we meet our clients’ needs. It’s a great opportunity to make a real impact in a collaborative, client-focused environment.
For this role, we are looking for candidates ideally with Motor or Home Claims Insurance knowledge and/or strong relationship management experience ideally working in the insurance/banking/other financial services sectors.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Knowledge of motor or home claims or the insurance industry is preferable
- Experience building strong client relationships in a service-led role
- Confident communicator with great negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to manage complex client scenarios and offer expert advice
- A track record of driving process improvements and delivering strategic plans
What you’ll get:
- Salary around £40,000 - £45,000 (national) around £47,000 - £52,000 (London) - depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications
