A bit about the job:

As a Claims Fraud Advisor, you will support customer‑facing claims handlers when they have identified potentially fraudulent motor claims and you will appropriately triage these claims, along with claims provided via other sources, into the Motor Investigation Team for further investigation. You will also create and deliver coaching and training at both a 1:1 level and to larger groups to improve fraud detection capabilities, analyse performance data, and engage with key stakeholders. All elements of your role contribute to ensuring we continually improve fraud detection and prevention to protect our business and genuine customers from fraudulent behaviour.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Understanding of claims fraud investigations and possible outcomes of these.
  • Ability to read and interpret data.
  • Ability to effectively manage personal workload.
  • Excellent communication skills – written and oral.
  • Previous experience delivering coaching/training.
