Are you someone who enjoys solving delivery challenges, coordinating across diverse teams, and keeping things moving smoothly?
This role would suit someone with experience in project or programme delivery, ideally within Claims, Insurance, or Financial Services. You might be ready to step up from a Scrum Master or Project Manager role, or already be a seasoned Delivery Lead looking to shape high-profile transformation work. If you\’re excited by agile ways of working, cross-functional collaboration and making delivery frictionless, this could be a great fit.
A bit about the job:
This role sits within our Claims Transformation programme, where we’re delivering strategic initiatives such as Automation, Fulfilment Solutions, and Artificial Intelligence to reshape how we serve our customers and run our operations. As a Delivery Lead, you’ll be accountable for keeping delivery on track, managing risks, and ensuring teams are aligned and coordinated across multiple workstreams. You’ll work in close partnership with the Programme Manager to ensure strategic alignment, unblock delivery challenges, and maintain momentum across the programme. You’ll also collaborate with Product Owners, technical teams, and fellow project managers to manage delivery congestion and ensure we deliver measurable value at pace — with clarity, confidence, and impact.
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in delivery management across agile or hybrid environments.
- Strong coordination and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- Experience with delivery tooling (e.g. Jira, DevOps) and reporting (dashboards, RAID logs).
- Ability to identify and manage risks, dependencies, resource constraints, and delivery congestion across workstreams.
- Skilled in proactively unblocking issues for project teams — whether through escalation, decision facilitation, or removing delivery friction
