Our standard fullâtime contracts are for 35 hours per week. Options for partâtime work after the initial 18âweek fullâtime training period and the option for an enhanced 40âhour contract also exist. Flexible shift pattern: Monday â Friday 08:00â18:30 and one Saturday shift every six weeks 09:00â13:00.
A bit about the job
Youâll be the first point of contact for customers making a health insurance claim. Whether itâs booking an appointment, sorting out a bill or arranging overnight care â youâll guide them through every step.
Youâll help customers access the private treatment they need, from outpatient tests to aftercare, and handle occasional complaints with full support from your team. Itâs a role that really matters â and one where you can make a big impact.
Skills and experience weâre looking for
- Great communication skills and experience in a customerâfacing role.
- Empathy and the ability to support people through difficult times.
- A natural problemâsolver whoberta questions to get things done.
- Detailâfocused and confident making decisions based on facts.
- Insurance or financial services experience is a bonus â but not essential.
