Claims Assurance & Capability Lead – Salary circa £70,000 (DOE) If you are someone who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and building workforce capability, and love identifying root causes and implementing solutions to prevent customer detriment, this role might be perfect for you! If you have people management, quality assurance, and/or capability experience within the Financial Services industry, we would love to hear from you! A bit about the job: As the Assurance and Capability Lead for UK GI (General Insurance) Claims at Aviva, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and remediating issues through quality assurance, conducting capability gap analyses, and evolving our Claims Academy design. You will lead a team dedicated to driving continuous improvement and ensuring robust reporting mechanisms. This role is essential in building the right capability for the future and delivering better outcomes for our customers. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Experience working in a quality assurance or capability role within Financial Services. Planning and organising skills – an independent and proactive worker. Communication, influencing, negotiation, and presentation skills – relationship and stakeholder management at all levels up to and including, Director. Experience in developing and facilitating training is preferable. People management – experience leading a team.
