A bit about the job:

You’ll join a passionate team that handles life insurance, income protection, terminal illness, and critical illness claims. From start to finish, you’ll guide customers through their claims journey with care and clarity. You’ll manage claims across multiple systems, suggest improvements, and adapt to new technologies. • Knowledge of legal aspects like probate and CIDRA rules.
  • Experience managing claims end-to-end, including signing out claims decisions independently.
