A bit about the job:

This role is all about supporting post-placement operational services and ensuring seamless processes across the business. You’ll work closely with underwriters, outsourced partners, and internal teams to resolve queries, maintain system configurations, and deliver accurate reporting. It’s a fantastic chance to join a collaborative team and contribute to operational initiatives that drive continuous improvement.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in insurance or reinsurance operations, with strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Ability to prioritise multiple deliverables and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence to build relationships across all levels.
  • Experience with policy administration systems (e.g., Sequel UW/Eclipse) and user acceptance testing is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of Lloyd’s market processes and post-placement operational queries, including risk capture and Bordereaux.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary between £30,000 and £35,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
  • Bonus opportunity – 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
