Change Manager – Business Readiness – Salary Circa £45,000. Are you someone who is passionate about simplifying and improving our customer operations to deliver a great customer experience? Do you want to be part of an energetic and supportive team of c130 change professionals? You may be working in a change role already or want to play a part in delivering the change roadmap for the Aviva’s Investment, Wealth and Retirement Operations teams supporting our Strategic goals. If you have a growth mindset, are not afraid to challenge the status quo, and are comfortable with changing priorities this may be the role for you. You will need to have a strong background in delivering successful change, stakeholder management and identification of risks with great commercial and analytical skills. A bit about the job: Business Readiness Leads support the Investment, Wealth, and Retirement change portfolio, ranging from delivering regulatory changes to ensure we remain compliant, to delivering large scale projects that significantly impact the way operations teams operate. Our role is to understand the impact of the changes, help shape the solutions and implement the change in a timely and compliant way to ensure our Ops teams are well prepared. You will keep your stakeholders informed whilst working with project teams to deliver to the project timeline and scope effectively & efficiently. We focus on strategy and work collaboratively with a variety of internal IT, Operations, Propositional and Governance teams to implement a challenging roadmap of change activity. You will form part of a talented team that is eager to learn and develop. We have high professional standards and are not afraid to experiment with new ways of working and challenge the norm. We work to clear purposes & principles to ensure we deliver consistently as a team in the fast-paced world of operational change. Aviva operates a “smart working” policy meaning that we spend approximately half of our time working in an office this role is based in, Sheffield, York or Norwich. Skills and experience we’re looking for: Self-starter with good motivational skills. Proven relationship and Stakeholder Management skills and ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels with an ability to influence effectively at different organisational levels. Risk and Issue Management skills. Courage and determination to challenge current practices. Experience of project/change delivery frameworks (Agile, waterfall, Systems thinking, process mapping). What you’ll get for this role: Salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications) Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
