A bit about the job:

As an App Marketing Executive, you’ll support the delivery of lifecycle marketing campaigns across the MyAviva app. You’ll be involved in the end-to-end strategy and execution of onboarding, in-life, and retention journeys, with a strong focus on Aviva Score and driving Multi-Product Holdings (MPH). You’ll work closely with Creative, Data, and Technology teams to bring ideas to life, ensuring every campaign is delivered on time and to a high standard. Your role will be key in creating personalised, targeted messages that encourage customers to engage with the app and explore more of our products.

Skills and experience we're looking for:

  • Proven experience in CRM and/or Digital Marketing.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the use of campaign tools, data platforms, and customer journey mapping.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse campaign performance and make recommendations for future improvements.
  • Adobe Campaign experience desirable but not required.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Salary National circa £40,000 & London circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
  • Generous pension scheme - Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
  • 29 days holiday plus.
