A bit about the job:
You’ll be part of a dynamic team of over 150 change professionals supporting Aviva’s Investment, Wealth and Retirement Operations. Your role will focus on leading Business Readiness activity across a portfolio of projects, ensuring safe and effective delivery into operational teams. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams, track progress, and apply our Business Readiness methodology to ensure change lands successfully and delivers the intended outcomes.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong understanding of customer operations and experience delivering or supporting change
- Awareness of regulatory, legal, and business risk implications
- Broad understanding of Financial Services and current best practices
- Proven ability to manage risks, issues, and stakeholders across all levels
- Commercial awareness and analytical thinking

- Salary circa £34,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
