Overview
You’ll be part of the IT Support & Experience team, working closely with colleagues across the business to make sure changes to our IT services are well understood and positively experienced. This role exists to protect our operations from disruption and ensure our people feel confident and ready for what’s ahead. You’ll play a key role in helping us land change well and build a more resilient, informed workforce.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading business readiness planning and delivery across key programmes.
- Creating and delivering change strategies that support adoption and minimise disruption.
- Making sure colleagues have a great IT experience during change, with clear communication and support.
- Working with IT and operational teams to spot and reduce risks to service continuity.
- Supporting stakeholders to understand and prepare for change.
- Designing engaging materials to build awareness and confidence.
- Tracking readiness progress and feedback to improve future delivery.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Experience in business readiness, change, or transformation roles, including change management frameworks
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- A good understanding of how IT experience affects colleague engagement
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- A hands-on approach and a passion for helping people through change
What you’ll get for this role
- The salary £50,000 circa (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
