The Role
We're looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a major Third-Party Risk Management transformation programme across the UK, Ireland and Canada.
Working with the Programme Manager, Business Lead and Saa S partner, you'll play a key role in taking the programme from design through to successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete and refine To-Be business processes across Risk Domains and Markets.
- Consolidate and maintain the Business Requirements Document.
- Lead business analysis activities during solution design workshop.
- Ensure business requirements are translated into an effective solution.
- Coordinate and manage User Acceptance Testing, including test planning, scripts, execution, defect management and business sign-off.
- Build strong relationships across business, technology and supplier teams to maintain delivery momentum.
Essential Experience
- Proven Business Analyst on large-scale TPRM, Supplier Risk, Procurement or GRC transformation programmes.
- Strong experience producing process maps and business requirements.
- Experience facilitating workshops with stakeholders and software vendors.
- Experience managing UAT and defect resolution.
Desirable
- Knowledge of PRA SS2/21, DORA, EBA Outsourcing Guidelines or OSFI B-10.
