Within this role, there is a requirement to understand client needs through data insights and ultimately to provide the best whole customer solution every time.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Operate as a multiclass Underwriting Assistant within agreed guidelines and authority levels to profitably grow and manage a commercial book of business end to end.
- Build strong, confidence-based relationships through effective communication and regular face-to-face engagement with brokers and/or customers, positioning Aviva as insurer of choice.
- Embrace and apply Aviva's regional SME & Mid-Market trading strategy, with curiosity to deepen understanding of commercial business, products, and systems.
- Demonstrate a growth mindset, enthusiasm, and drive, continually developing capability and contributing positively to team performance.
