This is a great role for someone who is passionate about shaping and delivering strategic transformation. Someone who thrives on connecting long‑term strategy to actionable plans, enjoys working across complex portfolios, and is motivated by driving meaningful customer and business outcomes. This role would suit an individual experienced in large‑scale change, who is confident engaging senior leaders and influencing multi‑disciplinary teams.
A bit about the job:
This role will be instrumental in translating the C&M strategy into a clear 3–5 year transformational roadmap that optimises delivery outcomes through effective sequencing, phasing, and dependency management. It exists to ensure that the C&M change agenda is fully aligned, realistic, and set up for successful execution.
You’ll work with transformation portfolios and programmes across business areas to understand the aggregated roadmap for C&M-related change, assess resource and platform impacts and act as the central point of engagement into C&M Centres of Excellence. You’ll also support the 3‑year change planning cycle and in‑year opportunity assessments, developing insights and recommendations that influence C&M SLT decision-making. In addition, you’ll help the C&M Transformation Director create strategic narratives and executive‑level engagement packs.
You will prepare portfolio-level analysis to monitor change delivery effectiveness and efficiency, identifying opportunities for improvement and tracking these through to completion.
Responsibilities
- Translate strategy into transformational roadmaps, considering sequencing, phasing, dependencies and risks to optimise customer and strategic outcomes
- Experience running 3‑year planning cycles, including process development, analysis and stakeholder engagement
- Strong technical understanding of delivering complex, end‑to‑end change
- Customer focus with strong awareness of the digital, data and marketing landscape
