We're looking for an ambitious individual to join our Third-Party Security (TPS) Team – the team that ensures our suppliers meet Aviva's high security standard. You’ll be the go-to expert for Information Security, working closely with internal teams and external partners to keep Aviva safe.
A bit about the job:
- You’ll lead the assurance process for our critical suppliers, assessing them against industry-standard security controls and supporting any follow-up actions.
- This role is all about identifying risks, building strong relationships, and making sure our suppliers’ security measures are robust.
- You’ll work with colleagues across Aviva and external consultants to keep our data and systems secure.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Strong background in information security auditing or assurance
- Experience reviewing operating effectiveness evidence as part of audits/assessments (not just policies)
- Experience in third-party assurance or relevant certifications (bonus)
- Ability to evaluate and communicate supplier risk levels and manage annual assessments
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills and ability to handle multiple complex tasks under tight deadlines
