A bit about the job: As a Senior Business Analyst at Aviva, you'll play a pivotal leadership role in shaping how we understand business problems and deliver meaningful, high-quality change across our organisation. You'll be accountable for uncovering the true business problem or opportunity, defining clear and holistic requirements across people, process and technology, and guiding the design of solutions that deliver real value. Our SBAs are expected to adapt their approach to match the needs of the project or programme, set the pace, uphold high standards, and ensure work is delivered with clarity and quality. You'll collaborate closely with colleagues from technology, operations and wider business teams - leading discovery activities, influencing decision-making, and ensuring risks, impacts and benefits are well understood from the outset. Your leadership will help Aviva make confident, informed decisions and continuously improve how we operate.
