Resource Analyst
12‑month fixed‑term contract. Starting salary: c. £37,000 depending on skills and experience.
Locations: Open to Bristol, York, Sheffield, Norwich, or Eastleigh with 50% office attendance.
A bit about the job
As a Resource Analyst, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the effective allocation and utilisation of people across our CIO change portfolio. You’ll provide a clear, trusted view of resource demand, supply and constraints, helping leadership teams make informed decisions aligned to strategic priorities and budgets. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you’ll support workforce planning, recruitment coordination, and performance tracking, while continuously improving our tools and ways of working. This role is central to enabling efficient delivery of change across the organisation.
Skills and experience we’re looking for
- Experience analysing and interpreting data to generate clear, actionable insight.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders and communicating complex information simply.
- Experience using resource, portfolio or workforce planning tools (e.g. Planview) and building reports or dashboards.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and resource demands.
- Collaborative approach with experience building relationships across teams and external partners.
What you’ll get for this role
