A bit about the job
You’ll join our Sales and Distribution team, helping advisers understand and choose Aviva’s protection products. Your role is all about building trust, showcasing our propositions, and driving sales through proactive engagement. You’ll help to manage a panel of advisers, deliver clear product benefits, and make sure every interaction adds value. This is a role where your communication skills and energy will make a real difference.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Excellent telephone skills with the ability to influence and meet targets under pressure.
- Be able to articulate Aviva’s Protection proposition.
- Passion for building relationships and sharing Aviva’s protection message.
- Comfortable using digital tools like Teams and e-commerce platforms.
- Commitment to completing R01 & R05 (or equivalent) within 12 months.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary circa £30,000 – £32,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity – 8% (C grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
- Generous pension scheme – Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
