You will work within an agile marketing delivery team where you will collaborate with teams across the business to deliver communication activity through a range of owned marketing channels. You’ll need to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, demonstrating a creative and curious nature, challenging the status quo by asking the right questions and trying new approaches.

Skills and Experience we're looking for:

  • Previous marketing experience in a B2B and/or direct role, with good understanding of channels, tools and techniques.
  • Knowledge of wellbeing/protection/health products or financial services would be desirable.
  • Process‑minded, with the ability to pick up new systems quickly.
  • Creative mindset, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to measure the impact of your work.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary circa £35,000 – £40,000 (depending on location, skills, qualifications, and experience).
  • Bonus opportunity - 8% (C grade) of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
