Then we might have just the role for you. Aviva is currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to support our Workplace Pensions business.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with the wider Aviva Business to lead and develop communication and engagement strategies encouraging members to engage with their pension. This position is part of the Customer and Marketing function within the Go-To-Market team and involves working collaboratively with other key areas such as Data, Digital, and Campaigns to build engagement plans.
A bit about the job: Join our dynamic marketing team and take the lead in shaping how members build a stronger financial future. As our Workplace Onboarding Squad Lead, you’ll be responsible for driving member engagement, helping customers consolidate old pension pots and increase contributions to their workplace pension with Aviva—empowering them to achieve their retirement goals with confidence.
Leading a talented team of three, you’ll bring our Workplace Pensions proposition to life through compelling, insight-driven marketing. From integrated multi-channel campaigns and personalised digital journeys to engaging member communications and sales support materials, you’ll deliver activity that inspires action and drives meaningful commercial and engagement outcomes.
Collaboration is central to success in this role. Working closely with colleagues across the Workplace business, you'll help deliver key strategic priorities, ensuring every campaign balances customer needs with commercial value. You'll be passionate about using data, insights and performance metrics to continually optimise activity, demonstrate impact and unlock new opportunities for growth.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Deliver personalised, data driven, end to end customer engagement and commercial campaigns/communications
- Working with all areas of the Workplace business to bring new communications propositions to market
- Partner with the wider marketing team and Workplace business to support new and existing communications
- Optimise marketing communications of the customer journey from onboarding onto their new workplace pension right up to their retirement
- Strong stakeholder management and presentation skills to showcase the marketing contribution back to the business
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary circa £45,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
- Bonus opportunity –10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
