Location: Bristol based (50% hybrid working)

About the job

As a Fraud Investigator, you’ll help protect Aviva and our customers by identifying and preventing application fraud. You’ll investigate cases, assess risk, and make clear decisions on fraudulent activity. You’ll collaborate with colleagues across fraud, claims and underwriting to share insight and improve risk awareness. You’ll manage your workload to meet deadlines while ensuring every case is handled fairly and consistently. In this role, you’ll play a key part in reducing financial risk and supporting better outcomes for our customers.

Skills and experience we’re looking for

  • Experience in fraud investigation, customer service, claims, investigations or a similar analytical role
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions
  • Clear communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines
  • A keen eye for detail and a thorough, investigative approach
