We are recruiting for an exciting new role for someone who enjoys solving problems, leading people, and making a real difference. If you’re an experienced team leader with commercial insurance or financial services experience, ready to take the next step in fraud, underwriting, or analytics, we’d love to hear from you.

A bit about the job:

  • You’ll lead our Commercial Application Fraud & Investigations team to help protect Aviva and our customers from fraud.
  • You’ll oversee how we detect, investigate, and prevent suspicious activity across insurance applications.
  • Working closely with teams across underwriting, claims, and analytics, you’ll help improve our controls and decision-making.
  • Your work will keep customers safe and support better business outcomes.
  • You’ll be accountable for team performance, fraud insights, and continuous improvement.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • People management skills with experience leading and coaching a team
  • Financial services or insurance background
  • Strong analytical skills and confidence using data to make decisions
  • Process and workflow improvement experience
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across different teams and levels
