About the Role

We’re looking for someone to help build strong, reliable data foundations in IWR with a focus on improving the quality of data. You’ll join a team that works at the heart of our data landscape, managing how we look after data and making it simple for people to work with the data they require. Your work will help us make better decisions, support our customers, and build confidence in the data we use across the business. You’ll partner with teams across engineering, governance and operations by reporting, monitoring and remediating our data to ensure it is accurate, consistent and ready for the future. This is an opportunity to lead the development of a data quality function within an established data team.

Skills & Experience

  • Experience of working in data quality with the ability to design, apply and embed data quality frameworks, rules, and controls across varied data environments.
  • Strong communication skills with abilities to turn identified issues into clear, consumable insights and business impacts for a non-technical audience.
  • Hands‑on knowledge of SQL including data profiling and data quality rule design and building.
  • Confident working with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders, including facilitating workshops and simplifying complex topics.
  • Familiarity with governance and metadata tools (such as Collibra), with the ability to support data lineage, standards, and quality best practice.
