Do you love to protect critical data assets and enable secure analytics at scale? Are you passionate about embedding security into cutting‑edge data platforms? This role is ideal for someone who combines technical know‑how with a proactive approach to risk management.
A bit about the job: You’ll lead security oversight for Enterprise Data platforms like Snowflake, Collibra, Immuta, Dataiku, Power BI and Qlik. These environments drive analytics and AI initiatives across Aviva. You’ll implement governance and access controls, integrate security into data lifecycle processes and guide teams on secure use of data platforms. Your work ensures compliance, protects sensitive data and supports innovation in AI and advanced analytics.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- 5+ years in information security (ideally 7+)
- Strong knowledge of cloud and data technologies, plus security standards (ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials)
- Ability to assess and improve security in complex architectures
- CISSP, CISM or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
What you’ll get for this role:
- Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary (Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s)
- Generous pension scheme – Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus
