A bit about the job
You’ll join our underwriting operations team, where we support the business by keeping post‑placement processes running smoothly. Your work will help us manage accurate data, improve how we use our systems and make sure our underwriting and claims teams have the information they need. You’ll take ownership of Bordereaux handling and wider operations tasks, helping us keep everything moving efficiently. You’ll be a key part of building strong collaboration across teams and driving improvements. What you do will help us work smarter and support our wider business goals.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience in Bordereaux processing and Binder Management Software
- A background in underwriting operations or delegated authority processes
- Confidence working with data and using systems such as BinderCloud
- Ability to solve problems and work proactively in a fast‑paced environment
- Clear communication skills, with strong attention to detail
