A bit about the job:

We’re looking for a Commercial Claims Technical Consultant to join our Commercial Technical Team on a permanent basis. You’ll use your expertise to support complex claims decisions while building capability across our UK-wide claims teams. You’ll play a key part in improving technical standards, supporting colleagues through coaching and training, and helping us deliver better outcomes for our customers. It’s a role where you can make a real impact – on people, performance and the experience we provide.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Commercial Property claims
  • Proven ability to make clear, confident decisions on complex and sensitive cases
  • Experience coaching, developing or supporting others to build capability
