A bit about the job:
You’ll help us deliver fair, accurate, and high-quality property claims experiences for our customers. Working with suppliers and internal teams, you’ll review performance and identify opportunities to improve service, safety, and cost accuracy. Your insights will shape better outcomes for customers and support Aviva's reputation for excellence. You’ll coach supplier teams, influence change, and make sure improvements stick.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Strong technical knowledge of property repair and insurance.
- Experience assessing property claims and supplier performance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make sound recommendations.
