A bit about the job:
Working within the Data and Analytics team, you will be responsible for the deployment and monitoring of AI and GenAI solutions into the operations teams. You will be working on our GenAI Copilot strategy, enabling data-driven decisions for efficient and consistent customer outcomes. Previous experience in AI/GenAI development (e.g. solution deployment, and monitoring) is required.

Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Proficient in latest GenAI practices like prompt engineering and RAG systems, with awareness of emerging technologies such as Agentic AI.
- Skilled in integrating services via Python-based pipelines, including package creation, and developing for user application interfaces.
- Knowledgeable in Kubernetes infrastructure, docker containerization, and deployment through Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Understanding of databases and SQL is advantageous.
- Experienced or willing to learn Software Development Lifecycle, including configuration management and GIT flow best practices, and capable of translating stakeholder requirements into GenAI solutions.
What you'll get for this role:
- Starting salary between Β£30,000 - Β£40,000 (depending on skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity - 8% of annual salary - Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva's.
