Driving growth through trusted partnerships, Aviva’s Intermediated Sales team delivers tailored solutions that help brokers succeed and customers thrive.
In this role, you’ll represent Aviva within the Strategic Account broker market, championing a customer‑first approach while building and maintaining strong, positive relationships with key broker partners. You’ll take the lead on deal negotiations with senior stakeholders, coordinating financial agreements and managing broker expectations to ensure outstanding service delivery and mutually beneficial outcomes.
Using data‑driven insights, you’ll prepare clear and comprehensive internal reports to support decision‑making and track performance. Working collaboratively across a virtual team, you’ll help supervise and influence broker performance, sharing feedback and insights to continuously improve results and strengthen partnerships.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry is highly desirable
- Strong analytical skills – ability to analyse and interpret financial data; number literate with a keen understanding of financial metrics.
- Strong and eloquent communicator with the ability to build positive relationships and influence others across a range of business areas and all levels of seniority.
- Strategic and critical thinking
- Proven track record in deal negotiation, broker engagement, and account management
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting circa 80 - 95k (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
