A bit about the job: Platform is a growing and evolving area of our business, with a strong focus on efficiency, customer experience and delivering safe, wellâcontrolled outcomes. Youâll play a central role in shaping team culture, driving engagement and creating an inclusive environment where everyone is supported to do their best work. Youâll lead a team of Customer Experts, providing direction, coaching and inspiration. Youâll help them develop their skills, navigate change and deliver consistently brilliant service. Youâll work closely with leaders across Platform and the wider business, contributing to process improvements, transformation initiatives and how we evolve the way we work.
This is a nonâtechnical role, ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a strong crossâbusiness network as part of their leadership journey. Itâs also a great platform for longâterm progression into broader Operations, Customer Experience, Risk, or Change leadership roles.
Skills and experience weâre looking for:
- Team Leadership & Development: Proven experience leading teams in a customerâfocused environment, with the ability to inspire, develop and create a culture where people can do their best work.
- Customer & Operational Excellence: Strong commitment to delivering brilliant customer outcomes, with the ability to ensure consistent service quality and alignment with policies, controls and best practice.
- Performance Management & Coaching: Experience in allocating work, setting expectations, coaching, giving feedback and supporting capability growth across a team â including during periods of change.
- InsightâDriven Decision Making: Ability to use service data, trends and customer insight to prepare clear performance reporting, make informed decisions and contribute to continuous improvement.
- Collaboration & Influencing: Strong stakeholder skills with the confidence to work across teams, resolve challenges, influence outcomes and contribute to wider transformation and business initiatives.
