We have a fantastic opportunity for a Project Management Associate to join our team on a 12-Month Fixed Term Contract. This is a great job for someone to gain experience working with the UK\’s leading Insurance, Wealth and Retirement business!
A bit about the job:
Within the role you’ll work as part of the Digital Adoption team focused on transforming performance within the Customer Service teams by helping to develop and deliver strategies to drive digital adoption. You will be an initial point of escalation and engagement between Operational Change, other programmes of work and operational teams. This means being comfortable to work with people at all levels across different functions collaborating to deliver shared outcomes. It’s an exciting opportunity to be at the centre of a key Aviva strategic ambition of delivering exceptional digital experiences for our customers.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Previous experience of delivering change with the ability to manage both complexity and volume of demand
- Knowledge of Project Management Methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, and PM
- Strong data analysis capabilities and the ability to create insightful reports
- Understanding of the UK life insurance business areas and marketplace would be beneficial
- Excellent stakeholder management skills both internally and externally

- Starting salary circa ÂŁ34,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
