Our Technology Change Agents drive key deliveries and outcomes across the Insurance, Wealth and Insurance businesses. You will be a leader in the Business Analysis Community in Aviva, delivering great outcomes for all business analysts as part of the BA practice. You will be using your expertise (particularly around AGILE) to evolve and improve analysis practices in delivery. You will be a role model for Business Analysts in furthering their careers, building skills and developing key analysis capabilities for the future.

A bit about the job:
As a Principal Business Analyst, you will be leading development of scope and requirements in strategic, complex change environments. You’ll take ownership of creating teams, setting the approach and overseeing the delivery of Business Analysis activities on key portfolios, programmes, in a significant segment of the Wealth business.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience of leading and shaping large and complex programmes along with the ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders to drive necessary change.
- Excellent analytical, decision making, problem-solving and facilitation skills.
- Demonstrable collaboration across change/technology disciplines and organisational boundaries, as well as with third parties and suppliers.
- Previous experience in creating and owning AGILE ways of working/deliveries.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication (the ability to sell a vision).
What you’ll get for this role:
- Salary: circa £70,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
- Bonus opportunity: 12% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
- Generous pension scheme: Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
- 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
