You might be an experienced pricing or reserving analyst who enjoys understanding claims performance and spotting trends before they emerge. A bit about the job: Our Motor Pricing Adequacy team helps Aviva understand claims performance and make informed decisions for the future. As a Senior Pricing Analyst, you'll use data, insight and expert judgment to improve our view of future claims costs across brands including Direct Line and Churchill. You'll lead analysis that supports pricing decisions, strengthens forecasting and helps us respond to changing customer and market trends. Working closely with teams across Pricing and Underwriting, you'll turn complex data into clear recommendations. The work you do will help deliver sustainable business performance and good customer outcomes.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong experience delivering reserving, claims projection or pricing analysis within Motor insurance.
  • Advanced Python and SQL skills, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to assess uncertainty and risk.
  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting insights to stakeholders.
  • Experience translating complex analysis into practical business recommendations.
  • Experience working for a breakdown provider, leasing company, OEM fleet business or fleet technology organisation.
