A bit about the job:
- You’ll join our Commercial Development team and support the delivery of system enhancements, product updates, software releases, and operational improvements.
- Working across a mix of project work and day-to-day activities, you’ll help analyse requirements, contribute to solution design and development, support testing, and assist with successful implementation.
- You’ll work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams, gaining exposure to a variety of projects while helping to ensure changes are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Experience of analysing business requirements and helping to deliver system or configuration changes.
- Experience with Commercial Insurance Products would be beneficial but not essential.
- Experience of working with policy administration systems or product configuration tools, specifically Polaris Product Writer would be advantageous.
- Understanding of software development, testing, or change delivery processes.
- Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, work effectively with different stakeholders, and take ownership of your development while building new technical knowledge.
