Contract - 6 months

Location - Bristol, Norwich or York

Vision: To be a trusted delivery support partner who enables effective project and programme delivery through high-quality coordination, administration and governance support.

Intent: The Project Coordinator provides coordination, administration and governance support to projects and programmes, ensuring meetings, reporting, documentation, actions and operational processes are managed efficiently and consistently. The role enables Project Managers and PMO to focus on delivery, planning, stakeholder management and issue resolution by owning the day-to-day administration and coordination activities that keep projects running smoothly.

Role Profile:

  • Experienced in administration, project coordination or operational support roles.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working independently across multiple teams and initiatives.
  • Builds positive relationships across delivery, PMO and business teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint.
  • Confident using Copilot and automation tools to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project governance, meetings, actions and decision tracking to keep delivery organised and on track.
  • Provide day-to-day project coordination, supporting delivery teams with updates, documentation, reporting inputs and administrative activities.
  • Maintain project repositories, documentation and collaboration spaces to ensure information remains accurate, accessible and well governed.
  • Support production of governance packs, reports and stakeholder communications through collation, preparation and quality checking.
  • Coordinate operational activities including onboarding, access requests, resource administration, financial processes and logistics support.
  • Leverage Microsoft 365, SharePoint and Copilot to improve efficiency, collaboration and administrative effectiveness.
  • Build trusted working relationships across project teams, providing responsive and professional support to stakeholders.

Preferable: Support Agile delivery teams through coordination of ceremonies, planning events, action tracking and team administration.
