Starting Salary: c £40,000 to c. £50,000 Depending on skills and experience
Location: Norwich or Perth with 50% office attendance

About the role
The successful candidate will take ownership of the PCW Motor customer improvements pipeline through to delivery, working closely with a dedicated change squad, the rest of the trading team, and with various teams across the business. You will create a roadmap, scope, test, and deliver changes that achieve better customer and commercial outcomes and meet regulatory requirements.
You’ll be accountable for designing and delivering change initiatives across PCW Motor, covering Aviva Online, Quote Me Happy and General Accident products. Working collaboratively across Personal Lines, you will shape and secure sign‑off for solutions that deliver strong customer and commercial outcomes.
You’ll lead a virtual change squad, defining solutions, setting test criteria, and prioritising builds and testing on a day‑to‑day basis. The role also involves proactively identifying and managing risks, working with relevant stakeholders to mitigate and prevent issues, and owning the end‑to‑end sign‑off process through Documentum and associated governance forums to ensure changes are approved and ready to go live.

- Customer‑centric approach
- Experience of proposition / product development, including high profile deliveries
- Proven track record of implementing and driving change
- Good understanding of marketing & product in the insurance sector
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
