We’re looking for a Car Insurance Trading Performance Manager to help shape and deliver the Aviva Zero roadmap, optimising performance across Price Comparison Websites (PCWs). If you thrive on solving problems with data, have strong market awareness, and make commercially astute decisions that drive performance, this could be the perfect role for you.

A bit about the job

In this role you’ll play a key role in driving Aviva Zero’s ambition to lead the car insurance market, delivering sustainable, profitable growth. Working within our trading team, you’ll optimise propositions, assess performance, and identify opportunities to grow market share. You will turn insight into action, collaborating across teams to deliver meaningful change.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Strong commercial awareness with a solid understanding of the insurance market, particularly motor products and propositions.
  • Naturally curious and driven, with a proactive mindset and the confidence to take initiative and deliver outcomes.
  • Able to analyse and synthesise complex data into clear, actionable insight.
  • Experience supporting proposition change, with strong stakeholder management and the ability to engage and influence cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong analytical capability, with proficiency in Excel and the ability to communicate insights clearly through PowerPoint.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary circa £45,000-£65,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
