A bit about the job:
- You'll join the Technology Finance team, supporting significant investment across technology change, cyber security, AI and business transformation programmes.
- The role exists to ensure investment decisions are financially robust, strategically aligned and deliver value for Aviva.
- You'll partner with Technology and Change leaders to provide insight, challenge and commercial guidance throughout the investment lifecycle.
- You'll be accountable for financial planning, investment appraisal, forecasting and benefits tracking across a large portfolio of change activity.
- You'll also lead and develop a small team while maintaining strong financial governance and control.
Skills and experience we're looking for:
- Experience supporting change and transformation initiatives, with exposure to technology change and the ability to understand financial data and use it to support decision-making.
- Strong commercial and financial management experience, with a track record of partnering through change and delivering business outcomes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, using data and insight to influence decision-making.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present complex issues clearly and navigate competing priorities.
- Good understanding of technology and its commercial drivers, combined with a collaborative and results-focused approach.
