Aviva has an exciting opportunity to join our Direct Sales Team and to be part of our amazing growth journey. A bit about the job:

The successful individual will be answering warm inbound calls as well as following up qualified outbound opportunities to support and guide our customers through their health insurance sales journey. You will support the end-to-end sales process and policy enrolment for our direct customer base, understanding the customer needs and making recommendations based on their requirements. This role will require shift rotations between 9am-6pm and will provide in-depth product training and continual support.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Excellent communication skills and previous experience in a Sales role is essential.
  • The ability to be empathetic towards our customers, supporting them through potentially difficult periods whilst making their sales journey easy for them and building their loyalty.
  • A good fact finder – you will ask the right questions at the right time to get the customer the correct policy to meet their needs.
  • Meticulous and detail orientated – checking facts and asking questions will enable you to weigh up information and make accurate recommendations about the policy.
  • Knowledge of insurance products / financial services would be beneficial.

  • Starting salary of £29,000
