As a Product & Propositions Lead you will take end‑to‑end ownership of selected strategic digital propositions while helping coordinate proposition delivery across the wider Wealth portfolio. Working across Direct‑to‑Consumer, Workplace and Adviser channels, you will define and deliver the OneWealth proposition vision, creating consistent, scalable customer and member experiences that improve engagement, reduce operational complexity and drive commercial outcomes. You’ll work closely with teams across Wealth, Customer & Marketing, CIO, COO and strategic partners to shape the future digital operating model and deliver measurable business value.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
- Proven experience developing digital wealth strategies and leading the delivery of customer‑focused digital propositions across web and app channels.
- Strong understanding of Wealth customer journeys and proposition challenges, including areas such as withdrawals, payments, forecasting, servicing and digital engagement.
- Experience leading strategic proposition initiatives across complex organisations and influencing senior stakeholders to drive alignment and delivery.
- Strong knowledge of agile delivery approaches and experience working with cross‑functional product, technology and design teams, with a keen interest in applying AI to improve processes and customer outcomes.
- Commercially focused with the ability to build business cases, measure proposition performance and use data and insight to drive decision‑making.
What you’ll get for this role:
- Starting salary National c. £80,000 and London c. £90,000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications)
