You’ll be joining Aviva’s GTM Wealth Intermediary team during a period of exciting growth. The wealth landscape is becoming increasingly complex, with advisers facing greater technical demands driven by ongoing legislative and regulatory change. In this role, you’ll help ensure advisers and their clients have the support, clarity, and tools they need to navigate this environment effectively.

A bit about the job: In this role you’ll lead marketing strategies and programmes that champion adviser needs and strengthen Aviva’s market position - driving adoption of our wealth solutions, supporting distribution activity, and contributing to Aviva’s broader growth ambitions. Using insight and data, you’ll shape and deliver marketing activity across CRM, digital, thought leadership (webinars, articles, videos), and social campaigns. Collaboration is vital as you’ll need to work closely with Wealth Intermediary Distribution, GTM colleagues, propositions, and other marketing teams to ensure alignment and maximise impact.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in a complex regulated environment would be beneficial.
  • Preferably B2B Financial Services background and ability to lead and deliver multi-channel campaigns (paid media, social, email, digital & webinars).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills alongside strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Proactive, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen.
  • Experience of leading, coaching and developing junior team members.

What you’ll get for this role:

  • Starting salary circa £50000 (depending on location, skills, experience, and qualifications).
  • Bonus opportunity – 10% of annual salary. Actual amount depends on your performance and Aviva’s.
  • Generous pension scheme – Aviva will contribute up to 14%, depending on what you put in.
  • 29 days holiday plus bank holidays, and you can choose to buy or sell up to 5 days.
  • Aviva-funded Private Medical Benefit to help you get expert support when you need it.
  • Make your money go further – Up to 40% discount on Aviva products, and other retailer discounts.
  • Up to £1,200 of free Aviva shares per year through our Matching Share Plan and share in the success of Aviva with our Save As You Earn scheme.
  • Brilliantly supportive policies including parental and carer’s leave.
  • Flexible benefits to suit you, including sustainability options such as cycle to work.

  • We take your wellbeing seriously with lots of support and tools.
